CardTable is a Windows Delphi component that enables the easy creation of card games. It has smooth card movement with drag and drop options. Written in Delphi 7 and compatible with some earlier versions.

Version 2 is on average over 200% faster than previous versions and yet has a more advanced and easier to use movement system. It also has a more flexible CardDeck class allowing variable sized decks, 0-4 jokers in each deck, cards that can be stripped from the deck to create sub decks and cards that can easily be returned back to the deck allowing undo commands in your game

SpeedStart (Desktop » Desktop Management)

SpeedStart is a great way to speed up starting your programs. If your Windows Startmenu looks anything like mine you have to crawl through your menu, trying to find the right item to click. My menu items are never where I expect them and I allways have to use the mouse to much to start a program. That's the reason I wrote SpeedStart.

SpeedStart is doing the crawling for you. You just press the hotkey and start typing a few characters. Just typing exc is enough to find Microsoft Office Excel 2003, press to start Excel and SpeedStart hides, waiting for the next time you press the hotkey.

I always seem to forget the name of that great program I installed a few weeks ago. But I do know it was someting with 'burn' in the name. So I just press the SpeedStart hotkey and type burn, SpeedStart finds the program for me. I press the and keys to browse through the items SpeedStart found and press to start the program and hide SpeedStart.

what is Staff-FTP?

Staff-FTP is an advanced FTP client. This software uses the common FTP protocol to upload or download files from/to the internet.

This application is avaible for Windows operating system.

Everyone who manages FTP accounts over the "site-command" will love this program (the developpment of the program started with this option in focus). Nearly all is configurable (either over a menu or by editing commands.ini-file).

Staff-FTP main features

Staff-FTP, among standard, options like upload, download, query, sitemanager, browseable windows and almost every other options you will find in other FTP clients, offerts some very specials and uniques features like :

I dont need to make money out of a program where I have fun coding on. And its a shame that not many peoples think like that.

Adventure Game Studio (Games - Game Creation)

Adventure Game Studio (AGS for short) allows you to create your own point-and-click adventure games, similar to the early 90's Sierra and Lucasarts adventures. It consists of an easy-to-use development environment, and run-time engine.

The game interface is fully customizable, although the classic Sierra interface is supported by default. You need no programming experience to make a game using AGS - setting most game options is just a matter of point-and-click (though scripting is of course available if you prefer). AGS manages most of the game so that you don't have to - it provides load/save game functions, inventory management, and more.

Add in some interactions (ie. what happens when the player clicks on various things) and you're done. You can even create a standalone EXE file containing your entire game, which you can then distribute.

So, how much does it cost? Nothing. That's right, AGS is free, and you can even create commercial games with it (subject to license terms).

NOTE: AGS is not for everyone. To make more advanced parts of a game, such as cutscenes, you will need to be prepared to learn the scripting language. It is recommended that you have at least a basic knowledge of computers before attempting to use AGS - such as, you know what a PCX file is, you can think logically and you know the difference between your hard drive and your RAM.

CreateInstall (Programming - Install)

CreateInstall FREE is free installer for computer users of any level. The program has neither complicated settings nor many options. Nevertheless, it has all the basic features that you may need in 95% of installation packages. Let us take two example of how the program can be used.

Creating a self-extracting archive. Suppose you need to send large amounts of data or documentation to your customers regularly. It is much easier to send one EXE file to the user to be able to run it and to specify the installation path than to make the customer perform the additional operations of unpacking archives or copying files.

Creating a commercial installation package. CreateInstall FREE would be perfect for creating commercial installation packages. Your installation package can

• offer the user to read the license agreement and the Readme file, and to specify the installation path.
• unpack and/or copy the necessary files.
• save various values to the Registry and to the INI files.
• register ActiveX files and fonts.
• create shortcuts in any locations.
• create the uninstall tool.
• start additional programs.

In addition, you can

• use your own icons, logos and images in the dialog boxes of your installation packages.
• Automate creating installation packages due to the possibility of running CreateInstall FREE from the command line.
• Choose among two compression algorithms. PPMD will perfectly compress your data, but it will take more time to unpack it. The default compression is slightly better than ZIP compression and ensures the data will be unpacked quickly.

As you can see, CreateInstall FREE can be used for various purposes and at the same time it is one of the simplest and easiest to use installers. If you need new features in the future, you can always upgrade to the commercial CreateInstall that will convert your projects.
